Ingredients
250 g medium wheat flour
1 egg
2 tbsp butter (melted)
A pinch of salt
350 ml of water
Step
Mix flour, salt and stir, insert eggs, whisk with hand whisk while entering water little by little, last enter melted butter, stir back until flat
Strain the dough so as not to rotate
Pour the dough into the mold of the bread nets while rotated on the teflon forming a net, if you do not have a mold of bread nets can use a plastic spuit, just bolongi just end, after the dough taro batter dipiring and folded like a roll of dumplings
Satisfying nets are eaten with goat curry, chicken curry, vla duren or sarikaya into the rolls.
