Ingredients
700 gr Fish Salem, about 6 tails
2 tbsp Lime Water
100 ml Liquid Instant Liquid (Sy use Sun Kara)
5 cloves of red onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
5 pieces Green Chilli Curry, sliced
1 Green Tomato, cut 4
3 btg Lemongrass, geprek
2 lbr Pandan leaves, cut about 5 cm
12 lbr Leaves Kari
2 segments Galangal, geprek

Mushroom Broth

7 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
6 large red chili
4 pieces of Red Curly Cabe
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander
2 tbsp Liquid Instant Santan
Step
Rinse fish, lumuri with lime juice & salt, let sit overnight. Fry the fish until slightly dry, set aside.
Saute onion, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, green chili, pandan leaves and curry leaves until fragrant. Add seasoning, salt, sugar & mushroom broth.
Enter the coconut milk, cook until boiling. Enter the fried salmon. Stir until all the fish get the broth. Cook until the soup is dry
