WednesdayYellow - on the cusp of ThursdayGreen

One of the beautiful things about being a gardener
is getting to be close to creation.

Everyday I get to feel my bare feet on the rich soil,
and receive the vibration of life.

One of the mainstays at the @gardenofeden are our greens.
We have a very large variety of healthy, happy greens year round.
Even when the freezes come, we are able to provide a safe (and free) environment
for them to thrive so they can continue their prolific addition to our healthy diet.

One of the joys for me of being at the @gardenofeden is helping nature help us.
I plant the seeds to grow specifically for my DNA,
in soil that has been built up and enhanced by hand out of other people's trash.
I use water from our well instead of chemically treated City water,
walk amongst them daily, and sometimes even play my Tibetan bowls for them.

THEY JUST LOVE TO GROW!!!

As they grow and thrive I pick them daily for our fresh community salads,
and harvest our cultivated greens as well as natural wild-crafted greens
that grow all by themselves on our land
(which people have been trained to believe are weeds!!!).

We nibble on the sprouts.
We eat raw the baby greens.
We saute or add the larger greens to our soups, farm fresh eggs, and other healthy dishes.
We also juice the largest greens for our daily dose of vitality.

On top of that we sometimes get to eat the seeds
(like cilantro--which seeds are called coriander),
and we also get to eat the flowers, which also feed our bees, butterflies and dragonflies.

Today I share with you our mustard green flowers for this WednesdayYellow day.
I love how they greet me with a joyous glow to brighten my morning.
They wave in the blowing breeze, keeping the chi in flow.
They adorn our salads, sandwiches and are great to pop into the  mouth straight from the plant.
Or  they dry and fall back to the earth to create life all over again.

Honestly, it's magnificent to eat such a beautiful creation of nature.
I'm grateful to share with you this bite of YELLOW!!

I'll be presenting at the
STEEM CREATORS CONFERENCE

enhance your experience on Steem.
I'm honored to be a part of the @museproject

The Muses will be in Vegas too...exploring the expression of divine feminine energy.

AND....THAT'S NOT ALL....

@quinneaker will be a keynote speaker and giving you the down-low on
the intricacies of ugrading your Steem experience.
He will share with you how things REALLY work with Steem.

@saramiller will be breaking out her yoga, reiki and Deeksha!

Read @quinneaker's post about it here,
@saramiller's post about it here, and

Beautiful~*~

Feeding on natural food without additive is the best way to eat well.
People tend to die so young due to a lot of preservatives in what they eat.
Going by this popular saying that we are what we eat... You can't be feeding on beautiful things like this and you yourself not becoming beautiful like them.... Smile

I am indeed blessed to be eating so much natural love!!! I hope you also get a dose of that for yourself @emmakkayluv. Smiling back at you!

I'm a fan of natural over artificial too, that's the number one reason I'm a farmer. I produce what to eat before I think of what to sell. I grow 70% of what I eat in my garden...

That's awesome. It's so fun to know you can be self-sustaining on a very deep level if you want to. I love having my hands in the soil and bare feet on the ground, knowing that nature provides! What a life!!

Nice photo

very inspiring post. dear. i loved it. i m trying to gardening but my fertile is not well for that.
thanks

We have intentionally made this clay soil in Texas fertile by using other peoples trash....leaves, farmer's market and grocery store waste, spent grains from breweries, old hay, dead grass, tree mulch and more. Texas soil is generally not good for growing. I hope you can find a way to make your garden prolific too @dmpamela.

Hi--I'm brand new here and am an Original Artist showing only my Original Art. Thanks for checking me out!

It is generally frowned up on Steemit for you to promote your own posts on other people's blogs. If you wish to make friends and have others be excited about your content, perhaps you could tune in to what others are sharing and make valuable comments about their content, instead of advertising yourself. Good luck @revelationart. There is much here on Steemit to offer artists. I hope you find you niche.

Yum look at all those greens.

A dose of nature everyday!!! Blessed are we. I love that I can stay home and provide for myself and the community such a vibrant selection of loving health. Mmmmmmm!
