No longer trusting the people around.
As the tension of life arises from the environment and the trauma of the past makes it easy to prejudge the people around it. All that will make a person feel lonely and empty because they feel there is no more people who can be in trust. Need to know that, human will not escape from mistakes and every human tends to walk on their way of life respectively. Believe in yourself, and do not expect too much in your environment. Be happy for what you have and act accordingly.
