This last weekend I did a family portrait session and I got there a little bit early (like I do) and got to walk around the clients yard a bit and take pictures of the beautifully up kept gardens they had!
@hethur240 helped me identify this flower as a 'Celosia' !!
These flowers are an annual and come in Orange, Pink, Purple, Red, White and Yellow an can grow as tall as 6 feet tall, and alot of them WERE that tall!
