I love Scotch Eggs so much!
Once upon a time, @quantumanomaly and @tltran were my actual neighbors (this is how we actually met each other), and I was introduced to this amazing food creation. I can't believe I went for so many years without knowing the goodness of this dish.
QA's Scotch Eggs have also played a prominent role on previous episodes of @steemittalk, as well. They're no stranger to Steemit.
They're famous, y'all.
I was thinking about how awesome these are to eat, and noted this photo I grabbed of the eggs the last time we had them, and thought they were perfect for Wednesday Yellow.

The sprinkle of cracked black pepper really sets the whole thing off!! I can't wait to partake in these again! :)

These look really good. I've only recently discovered earlier this year that scotch eggs are even a thing, but have yet to try any.
