Blue is my favorite colour, as it is with many others.
Your photo reminds me of looking at clouds - when I sit back and gaze at it, I can see many images and imagine many stories. Funny, because I am not artistic in the least.
Also the title reminds me of Derek Zollander and his 'Blue Steel' look.
