Well my girls are finally bumpin and they are purty this year!! I added some straw this week to keep the moisture in and the soil cool as we are still getting hammered with 90 degree days. I put some fans up, as I noticed little flies and moths flying around. I treated with BT about 3 weeks ago and have been using enzymes for any soft body insects and powdery mildew. I've been making some home made brews with comfrey worm castings, biochar, high phosphorus bat guano, molasses, bonemeal, eggshells, humic/folic acid, kelp. The only thing I would like to add right now is EM or bokashi, I'm out of both currently. But they seem like happy bright Green Queens!

I've been watering every 3 days and now might have to switch to every other day as they really are soaking up the water. The lemon maranage is sooo tall and out of control, I managed to do some tye downs but have been so slammed with work that I've barely can keep up watering them. When I did some tye downs on the Lemon Marange I broke another main branch as that plant has been tall and lanky from when I got it.. Managed to save it, and I'm going to leave it alone. This picture is from over a week ago, they have bigger buds now.

The rains are coming in this weekend. I have a friend coming to help me either set up my tents I've been using last several years or build a pvc /half dome over them.. I moved them to a square formation to optimize the sunlight and it was a good idea as they are thriving and happy!

I've been eating tomatoes I started from seed in Feb. and basil for months now. I might build a hoop dome over them see if I can get them to grow over winter.
