The oldest mushroom found in amber is from 90 million years ago—a Cordyceps. Nice mushroom...Your photo appears to be of a fungus nicknamed the "Jack'O'Lantern" mushroom, more formally known as Omphalotus olearius. Edible? No. Poisonous? Yes.
