Today's Friday and it is sky blue day, i wanted to share a picture of very unique color of butterfly known as Adonis blue. These Butterflies are blue in color with a white border.

No offense intended with the flag and the removal of my vote, I just disagree that this post was worth over $40 so I removed some of your potential payout. You seem to be abusing the rewards pool quite a bit. Be a bit more respectful with the system, please. This is very low quality content that is being very, very overpaid. Maybe produce some original works and pay for votes? Or let them come naturally with an organically grown following?

I gave you my reason for the downvote/flag, which is disagreement with the amount of rewards for the post.
Like I was saying, please don't take this offensively, just take it as something to think about with future posts. People aren't choosing that your content is valuable, you're just getting bots to throw as much money as you can and you aren't really contributing what I would call worthwhile or original content. I flagged because I feel as though you're getting far too much of the rewards pool than your posts deserve. You seem to only be posting to take as much as you can without contributing meaningful content and aren't giving much back to the community, if anything. There's a common etiquette here in my opinion and your approach isn't what I'd call good for the platform:
It's why flagging exists, to create some balance, I see you're a newer user (if this is really your first or only account), so I'm trying to steer you in the right direction. You aren't being very constructive for the platform, you seem to just be here to milk as much money as you can without really creating "good content" or original content. You seem to only be posting videos or pictures that you find online and paying yourself as much as you can for it.
For example, you posted a random picture of a butterfly, wrote one of two sentences like "This butterfly is blue, it has white lining" and then give yourself like $40 in bot votes, that is FAR too much in my opinion, that is an absolutely absurd amount of money for what you posted, so I flagged it to take the payout down a little bit, which is, in my opinion, still too much for what it is. I only flagged two posts so you would think about it. I could have flagged all of your posts, but I feel like two may be enough to help teach you the ropes.
The rewards pool is not infinite and when you flag something, you don't just delete the value from your post, you take the portion of the rewards, remove it from your post, and put it back into the rewards pool for everyone else. In order for me to flag something, I use my own voting power to do that, I do not get any gain for that, I simply do it to benefit the greater good of the platform.
I'm taking my time right now to explain these things to you so hopefully you will think about it and approach the community in a more constructive manner so you will do better in the future and become a more productive, beneficial member of our cool community that we have going on here on Steemit :-).
Again, please do not take this offensively, but take it as an opportunity to learn what helps yourself and everyone else here.

well thanks for your detailed reply. You know that I am minnow and it is really very difficult for minnows to get their post to have higher views on steemit, so that's why bots are somewhat necessary in the beginning. Many major bots are made by top steemit witnesses and there is no mention of award abuse or something like that, how much a minnow can make from a post?
You are saying that you downvoted me for your disagreement for my reward? But I happen to know that you are somehow supporting a spammer @hrsagar. You are top supporter in his major post payout.

This guy is already abusing frequent posting and his contribution to steemit is Zero. He usually post 20 post a day. His titles mostly are Chicken fry, Chicken Biryani, Beautiful Sky view, and Match Score card etc. and seems like your vote is supporting it.
