Gusto mo rin ba ng dahon ng ampalaya?

Usually ayaw ng karamihan kasi mapait daw. Pero para sakin gustong-gusto ko kasi masarap siya lalo na pag itoy nilaga lang at hinaluan ng bagoong at kamatis. At higit sa lahat, ito ay madaming health benefits. Ang dahon na ito ay anti-diabetic, anti-hyperglycaemic, anti-oxidant, anti-microbial at marami pang iba.

Isa itong mainam na home remedy. Sa katunayan, kahit sa modernong pag-aaral sinusuportahan din ang traditional treatments.

Kaya ano pang hinihintay mo, umpisahan mo na ang mag-ulam ng ampalaya. Bitter gourd will make you feel better, not bitter😂..

Ampalaya has a lot of benefits on our health. It can normalize blood sugar levels, fights bacteria infections, improves digestive system and reduces respiratory disorders. That's why I don't complain whenever my wife cooks ampalaya. Great post!

Dati di tlaga ako kumakain ng amplaya dati pero now sarap pala nito, maarte lang ako dati. 😂😂
