Ingredients
5 pieces of white tofu
2 cloves garlic puree
10 tablespoons of tapioca flour
3 spoon of wheat flour
1/4 spoon of baking powder
1 egg

Step
Destroy the tofu with a fork
Add flour, tapioca flour, egg, garlic, salt, flavoring, pepper, baking powder and stir until evenly distributed
Fry with medium oil until golden yellow, then cut according to taste
For peanut sauce: peanut blender, garlic, large red pepper and cayenne pepper until smooth
Then saute with small flame, salt sugar input and flavoring, Javanese acid water and citrus leaves. The correction was great
