Last night, I couldn't sleep. The strong heatwave and the bed was uncomfortable. (I checked into a bad hotel) I'm up all night rolling around in bed half asleep without air conditioned and a lot of unwanted thoughts. I reach out my hand to my cell phone, and it said 5:00 am. I decided to get up and take a walk in the town.
This is Hoi An, Vietnam. Being one of the touristy towns in Vietnam, it normally crowded with a lot of people all the time. But I'm glad that around this hour of dawn, there's not even a single tourist here. All I see were empty streets with a glimpse of local's life whereby people sweeping their front door, coffee vendors, fishermen backed from fishing and the market goers. I lifted up my camera and snap a shot.
This is the best reward for the sleepless night.
