Mass confusion. Twitter allows people to use 280 signs instead of 140. 280 marks of bullshit. Maybe now the victims of terrorism wil have names instead of numbers. What makes me wonder is why certain people twitter at all. A mass shooting in the USA. It makes me sad, but who expects me to twitter my condolances? A million tweets about the same thing all saying exactly the same. Why? I hope I may assume you find it in every way dispicable that a man decides to murder so many people, if not, get help.
I also rolled my eyes when I saw the #metoo tweets. Everybody is sexually attacked somewhere, somehow, by someone. Seriously? A slap on the ass, being a bit tipsy is a reason to name and shame somebody? Some are being crucified before any Judge looked into the case, when did we allow this to happen? Wasn't it so, that we had a legal system to see if somebody was a criminal or not? Isn't that exactly what they say when we want to hang, for example, a pedophile?
What about second chances now? What about bad moments and a bit too much booze?
Hang the asshole, he touched her ass.
And what about the mass violation of women in Sweden by immigrants? The consuming of a marriage by an older man with his under aged bride? I don't hear anything about that!
I don't get it, but that's probably me. I'm having a hard time in dealing with double morality that goes around these days. If it happens to you, the bad guy must hang, if it happens to somebody else, we'll ask a Judge and don't forget, second chances. Maybe I'm an idiot, oh wait, I am, for sure, no Judge needed.
