I'm siding with the elephant on this one. Although the shark is a ferocious killing machine, I strongly believe the elephant would do intense damages to the shark by walking over it, and killing it with its enormous weight. It can even hurt the shark by forcibly hitting it with its trunk. The shark may be rapid with sharp teeth, it is however no match for the elephant.

3 feet of water doesn't allow for a great white shark. Just for a smaller shark. When the shark bites the elephant in the leg, it will hardly penetrate as the elephants skin is very thick. Then the elephant will crush the shark with it's other feet and end the contest in the first minute.
