story about it is that the police officers were also updated. A few time
ago some police checkpoints stopped the motorized and if they
lacked some kind of documentation they would settle for cash
and they did not lack anything they invented anything to charge
them for letting them go * SO SUSEDE EN VENEZUELA *.
However...
Due to the shortage of cash currently in Venezuela this business was
declining. But it was never a reason for them to stop rattling people,
getting to the point of creating their own payment method
that they call * PAGO COP * this for the rest of the world can be
funny but for us Venezuelans is the cruel reality.
