Proof Comey drafted Hillary's not prosecutable decision 3 months before finished investigation! (9/1/17)

Senators Grassley & Lindsey Grahm are seeking more information pertaining to proof? they have that Comey drafted the 'no prosecutor would ever prosecute Hillary' speech 3 months before even taking statements from 17 witnesses. Including Hillary!

I'm interested in knowing what specifically this supposed proof is. Is there any? Or is this more political play? I dont trust those two establishment rhinos. You'll know..when I know...;)

    At this point Comey's creditability for me has gone strait out the window.
