Yup, signed in person by Pat either this past year or last year. As far as his costume, it is funny, I never really judged it until now you said something, and it looks like it was designed more to make sure they get across that "Nuclear" part of his title so you won't focus on his flaming head and confuse him with a certain similar Marvel character named Firelord that made his debut four years before Firestorm
