- 1/2 taza de harina de garbanzo
- 2 cucharadas de semillas de sésamo tostadas - sal y pimienta
// Hornear las batatas // Enjuagar las lentejas, hervir 15min . Dejar enfriar. // Retirar la piel de las batatas y triturar en un bol con las lentejas rojas. Añadir harina de garbando, las semillas y los condimentos. // Colocar en heladera durante 30'. // Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. // Con ayuda de una cuchara colocamos la preparación en pequeños montoncitos, sobre una bandeja para hornear aceitada. // Hornear durante 25' y luego dejar descansar sobre la bandeja unos 10' //
