Thought as the basis of knowledge

When we think something very interesting happens.

But before I go into that let’s talk about language.

Language is a very old practice of turning experiences into words.

Language can be very useful in conveying simple ideas. However the prolific use of language has caused a mass of people to become very desensitized to experience.

In meditation there is a way of quieting the mind to allow the surface tension of thoughts to disappear. Allowing the user to tap into a state of pure being.

What this basically means is actually very simple. In order to sum up an experience in a way that is simple enough to understand. We limit the amount of data being transmitted.

If you download a picture that is 1gigabyte And you send it through a wire with limited capacity such as the vocal cords. You can only practically express a very limited portion of the full experience. Converting 1gb to 100mb for example.

You can see a painting and when you describe it you can use 1,000 words to attempt to illustrate it however often this is not enough words to fully illustrate the complexity of the experience of the art.

When our minds stay active at the level of language we lose sight of our true potential for experience. We became conditioned to perceive a very limited scope of understanding.

The state of being and awareness promoted by transcendental meditation you can promote full unbounded consciousness.

Allowing you to experience a more complete picture.

The idea of telephone would sound crazy to someone who was alive 200 years ago. Yet today we have them. Your body comes standard with a built in telephone.

Seek the idea of telepathy. And you might find out your brain is more powerful than you think.

Don’t believe me?

Try this simple experiment.

Go somewhere no one can see you. Perhaps in a car with tinted windows.

Look at someone who is away from you and experience an extremely sensitive thought about them. Try and really experience that thought.

From my experience of trying this 10 times, the people I am having thoughts about turn to look in my direction acknowledging my presence. They probably won’t be able to pick up the though. But they can usually sense someone is present even if they can’t see me.

Meditation allows you to tap into these thoughts after a period of time.

I had a friend who was a meditation expert. He would complain to me that he could hear all of the prayers and thoughts of the people present in the city.

Pray and sometimes god listens. Or maybe just meditate and you might hear god. Meditation is synonymous with prayer.

Can’t say I do.

I wish you luck on your journey.

The words are very difficult. I did not understand much better. I understood a little bit.thank you.

That’s ok.

Sometimes i don't need to talk because you can understand to see my face expression. We can't see our God but he is watching us always.

Meditation is a good practice. Its effects do not end when the activity itself ends. Meditation helps one carry out the day's activities calmly and also has positive impact on one's health.

Thanks for sharing.

Hello greetings. I like to meditate. in the morning, I always put on some relaxing music and I start with body relaxation. then I focus on the breath. and finally some words of mental stimulation. Thanks for the info. we hope you share more topics.

That’s very nice. Thank you

There is no alternative to meditation if you want to go to God. I try to meditate sometimes but I can't do much. My husband always tries to convince me but I find it very difficult.

When we meditate we relax our body and our mind by doing this we can perceive, think and understand in a different way than we had before meditation. In short, when we are in optimal conditions to perceive, think and understand. the words are too much.

The Goal of meditation isn't to control your thoughts, Its to stop letting them control you.

This is true
