Spiritual Communion: We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves

Paul in his epistle to the Romans tells us about the importance of spiritual communion. Communion is the gift by which all believers in the doctrine of the kingdom of God, share a common love, the love of charity (Agape), towards Christ. The spiritual communion means that the life in common between brothers is born of that perfect love that makes us one will: "That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you", John 17:21.
And this love, which is a spiritual gift, is the gift by which we can see the world with the eyes of God and recognize ourselves as beings in harmony with the universe. But the communion of the gifts, like the communion of love, is a deep mystery.
In the knowledge of the spiritual gifts, some are more advanced than others, the spiritual gifts are progressive, gradual, and edifying. Through the baptism with water, which is the first baptism, we learn to imitate the Lord through the gift of righteousness (Matthew 7:12), but with the second baptism, which is the baptism in the fire of the holy spirit, we resemble our Lord Jesus with the gifts of knowledge, wisdom and good discernment.
That is why Paul tells us that those advanced in the spiritual knowledge of the Lord should help the most immature: "We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves" Romans 15:1.
It is thus, helping each other, mutually enduring weaknesses, that the perfection of spiritual communion is achieved. Those who have more spiritual goods, more should share: "Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up. For even Christ did not please himself" Romans 15:2-3.
Because in the end, all the good things that we receive from above have only one purpose, to bear witness to the glory of God: "So that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ" Romans 15:6.
