Its sort of interesting when someone condemns a behavior and then promotes that same behavior in the same breath....it calls into question as to who ties Bernie's shoes for him.
The words Socialism, Communism, Facism, Marixism, Democratic Socialism are all pretty much the same.
So be careful when you see a word that ends in 'ism'

What you need to stop doing is stop paying so much attention to history. We are just going to have to trust that the ol' Bern (Bernie Sanders) has some serious 'life hacks' up his sleeve. I mean just because Socialism has failed on many, many fronts (weather it is dressed up to look like Communism or if its rebranded as 'democratic socialism') and by failure I mean catastrophic failure (ie. massive amounts of people die and many of the unfortunate people that do not die a quick death...life for them is to be tortured mentally and physically.)

(I think that the idea of a radical socialist saying 'common sense gun legislation'. Considering the fact that the founding fathers of America thought that a good check to a maniacal government is to have people with guns...so I wonder what the Bern had in mind?)

There was another socialist government that reached gun control in 1930s Germany. The national socialists (AKA Nazis) used this same game plan to take over Gernany, and kill all those opposed to them.

That does seem to be the game plan...bully the masses into disarmament then silence the extremely vocal, and then your opposition is small.
Also I think that it is interesting that the church body near you has armed security personnel', the church body that I attend also has armed security.

If you study how Germany fell, We are seeing the exact same plan followed here today Their Brown shirts (their violence arm) are our BLM and Antifa! They had the Gestapo, BHO tried to begin a federal police force.
The only single thing that stopped them this last time is the second amendment! The Germans did NOT have that protection; and it has saved us thus far. Ironically that is the very reason it was put in the Bill of Rights to begin with!

What I am soon to say almost sounds like a cheap shot, but its just honest. One of the things that I find intresting is that ultra right wing groups are fostered when (in my oppinion) the left wing is non-existant.
I am much in favor of the smashing of the insane left that wants to see Americia crumble. But I think that some sort of 'mental check' needs to exist to keep the conservatives balanced...in a word 'counterbalance'

Our single biggest problem to day is the media. They are protected to do a HARD job! They are to be the attack dog of the Republic, and to expose every item they find that is out of bounds! They were intended to be the conscience of this Nation. They no longer do this vital function!
The national socialists took over the German media complex at knife point to use them to help secure political power. They moved Jews from bankers, doctors, and business owners, to the concentration camps in 5 years, publishing lies and half truths.
Here they used the simple expedient of just buying them out. Now our watch dogs have become lap dogs, and instead of defending the Republic with truth; they attack the Republic with lies and half truths! At least in Germany, the media had the Moral high ground of working under threat; our lap dogs can NOT even claim that!
They were afforded special protection, because they had a critical job to preform. Ironically, the protection they have does not cover them when they do what they are doing. Someone will figure this our, and break them, and then maybe we can get out attack dogs back!
Then THEY can deal with the ultra right, and the ultra left; the way they were originally intended to do! But they will play Hell getting back the confidence of the American Public! No one believes them anymore, unless their mind does not work. I had a man at church tell me that the First Lady is a Russian spy; and I wondered which network he watches, and worships.
