I believe Hivemind or Steem Communities will also have this feature which will make things MUCH easier for people!
A Simple Chrome extension by someone like @armandocat or @steemitplus would also be a possible solution for people to PIN their favorite posts to the TOP of their steemit Blog OR to the sides like in a WordPress style widget mode! I see so much potential for chrome extensions, custom front ends and the possibilities in Steemit Communities aka Hivemind.exe which will run alongside steemd.exe and allow for "custom JSONS" a phrase thrown around a lot, but is the reason subreddits are able to be customized, & more will be possible on steem communities. I just want to see people use communities as their own personal Blog and have WIDGETS for all their Dmania posts on in side, Dtube and Dsound playlists can have a widget, all in a wordpress style CMS (Content Management System)
Let's face it, steem users should have one unified page that displays all of their Blog posts with the TOP rated posts showing up first along with a spot for all a user's top Dtube videos. It will even how Dlive stream in their Blog with a real video screen playing WHEN they are actually Dlive streaming, I mean that would be so convenient to get to see someone's Dlive video as soon as you go to their Steemit Blog, if they are actually streaming, so you can just watch someone streaming from their steemit Blog, and also see all their other content, so we can get a better idea of what that person has been making! Instead of just ONLY seeing their most recent couple posts! People need a better way to represent their entire Blog History and having sections to show favorite videos or PINNING Blogs just works!

@ackza, always have great post. Personally, l quite agree with your suggestion boss; having a better way to represent blogs on steemit such as you have itemized above will make blogging in this great community worthwhile.
