I think powering it up is a bad idea. The account was set up to distribute, not accumulate wealth so that it can provide a service to the community and not invite trouble if something happens with the custodian(s).

I can potentially help with the curation if the community wants me involved here, but I would like to get the current fundraiser up and running before taking on more work.
