So last minute, we're having a little trip over the pond and I'm going to be in DC the weekend after next on Sunday 17th and Monday 18th.
Any Steemians in the District or surrounding areas that I can meet up with and hang out to chew the crypto fat?
I'll be with my wife, who's there for a business meeting - she's never been to DC before so Sunday may well be a bit of sight-seeing and her prepping for the meeting, but I'll be able to make some time for myself, especially on Monday during the day. We're flying back at 10pm from IAD so won't be able to do much in the evening. Don't know where we're staying yet, but expect it to be fairly central.

Hey new Steem friend, I'll be flying out to Maryland this Saturday. Just visiting family for 5 days.
My favorite museums in Washington DC are the air and space Museum and the natural history Museum. There is also a spy Museum that's cool (especially when the government is shut down.)
Have fun and be sure to take a nice walk along the canal. Pretty and romantic.
