Stop comparing you to others

We are all different but we have a tendency to compare ourselves with others. It's human nature, and while learning from others is an important part of important decision making, if used to strengthen an unrealistic or negative self-image, it can become an unhealthy habit for your life.

How to stop the habit of likes to compare themselves with others

You are beautiful only in your own way. You do not have to change anything just by thinking that you are not good enough. Some things can be done and changed overnight, there are also other things that cannot. For example, it can be very difficult to change it. Do not be discouraged. Comparing yourself with others is a bad habit of many people. This does need time to change. Do not give up. Think about this method. Learn to be patient and accept circumstances without having to compare yourself with others. It might take a lot of practice to be carried out, but in the long run it will be useful for you to be grateful for all the gifts God has given.

Realize that comparing yourself to others is a bad habit.
People often consider clean white women, big eyes, full lips, small nose, clean white teeth, smooth and shiny hair, curved body, scented and branded clothes. And they describe them as happy women. They describe tall men with smooth skin, athleticism, and branded clothing surrounded by many women, and they think that is what makes a man happy. The society is so successful brainwashing us that it makes us believe that they should see in a certain way, act in a certain way, become a certain person. Whereas we are different from each other. What people do is categorize people and they want you to believe that you have fewer rights to be happy because you don't fit an idealistic lifestyle. That is why many men and women want to compete in plastic surgery, want to be judged more than others, and develop the thought that something is wrong with their present appearance. Comparing yourself with other people, especially celebrities, is a useless way, because there will always be people who are 'better' than you, and people who are 'bad' than you. In the end, it will most likely end up with useless thoughts. This will bring you in a state of terrible psychological distress.

Realize that everyone is different.
People are born to be different, no two of us are the same. We have different mindsets, we interpret something different, we have different experiences, we feel different emotions. Even identical twins are different from each other. We will always have room for improvement, no one is perfect, whether it's outside or inside. Some people may want to believe otherwise, nothing is perfect. It would be wise to stop letting people compare you, and you are also open-minded to realize that others are different from you too. Something you can do is start thinking realistically about how they are different from you.

Do not be afraid to be yourself.
Whatever size, skin color, religion, gender, or race do not be afraid to be yourself. You have the right to dictate what you do, what you think, and what you believe. You also have to know, no one has more rights to others to live. Everyone comes to the world in the same way, all ages, tastes, analyzes, and eventually dies, so nothing is more special than the others. But, we are all different in living life. If you forget who you are, contemplate, find yourself again.

Forgive and learn.
Learn to acknowledge that revenge simply humbles you from what you want out of life. Unlock the knot and free yourself. Better yet, analyze and learn what really hurts you, and prevent that from happening again in the future.

Learn to deal with change and try to accept it. Because the eternal is the change itself.

Do whatever makes you happy.
If you feel you need self-improvement and have set yourself goals that can be achieved, continue. If you believe that you really need change, do it now. Make sure that you do it because it will make you happier, not make others impressed. For example, start helping others, learn new skills, be kinder to someone, learn tobetter manage your time, change your bad habits into perfectionist, etc. Do it because you will feel better about it, not because you feel bad about yourself. This is your life.

It would be better to do it now than think back in the future and ask yourself, "what if?". It is better to hurt and then recover from it than to accept that you live a life that is very boring and futile. It's better to be your real self than to be a copy of someone else. You can never be too old to dream, and it's never too late to achieve your dreams, one way or another. Realize that some ways can work for many others but not for you. When this happens, do not stop. Keep looking. That's the only way to make you awake, and stop comparing yourself with others.
