The Feeling of Completeness

To begin a mystical journey, you have to start with a sense of wonder, of not knowing where you are going or how you will travel. The initial phase of alchemy is called the nigredo-it's the phase of darkness, when it's 'blacker than black.'"
~ Mary Pope Osborne

The feeling of "completeness" within, which comes with the ability of processing whatever emotions the outside may bring and to always come back in time to stillness and peace no matter what "happens" -- is what allows to reach an interesting level of detachment, or distance,

As if we were watching a movie of things, rather than "diving" into it.

From that level of distance, a feeling of "it doesn't really matter" or "whatever happens is best" or "everything is the path" is found,

As well as a happy-go-lucky way of traveling the path of self-discovery,
Because what we used to be
Was simply a layer of a forever dancing,
A forever inspired ocean.

Distance
From the words, the thoughts
The successes of the past,
Is what allows to drop What was.

What I was before
Isn't what I am.
And what I thought,
What used to draw me almost,
Irresistibly
The projects, the plans
Is now replaced by something else
And,
Both the waves in & the waves out
Took me,
We couldn't know.

And that's that level of distance
We are watching a movie that we write at the same time,
Which allows the waves of the sea to rise and disappear
To roar and to die so majestically,

How could such a ocean move, and find
If contained in the cage of a bottle?

Life changes,
Uncontrolled
Inspired.

If the Moon says so
The lies of another day,
Could be the truth of tonight.

Thank you, @himshweta! ☺

I completely understand the ability and the necessity to detach or distance from the energies that arise in the body or to observe the stories of the mind from the stillness of that which is aware of all these comings and goings, I feel it is important to even get beyond the realisation of the empty nature of things and return to a new depth of fullness where there is the realisation that there can quite simply never be detachment for all is consciousness or awareness from which we are one.
