There is no forensic evidence - there is no rape?

In our "remarkable" society, various advanced (and not so) comrades have repeatedly told us that there are practically no real rapes, that these are all slanderous, that we must fight / defend our honor, gain serious injuries - and then we can already talk about a real crime. And so - all this women's nonsense, and in general a woman just wants money to extort. So that's it.

Here in one near-medical community received reports from the fields, so to speak. The reanimatologist writes / asks:

Here's a woman attacked and raped. Injuries, severe, she falls into the hospital. We record that from her words was the fact of rape. We are calling gynecologists. And they describe everything from the outside, and refuse to perform vaginal research: they do not have the right to be examined by a forensic expert. But the patient is in the hospital, and the forensic medical examiner takes something there and will not come to the hospital. Although the application was written by the patient, we also sent a telephone message. That is, the fact of beating will cause the case and the opera will come. And rape will remain unproven. So?

In the comments, someone wittily remarked: there is no forensic evidence - there is no rape.

So how do you act in this case to a woman? Fight-fend off, to plant a scum at least at the price of your health (life)? Or - "relax and have fun" - so as to eventually come to the forensic expert on their own two, but with the threat of being in prison or pay a large fine for "slander"? How is it right to do what you think?
