Well, this Monday, Ema and I will share a unique and simple recipe for all of you. well, surely you are wondering about the kolang kaling, kolang kaling is a snack that is chewy and transparent white in color, usually kolang kaling is used to be mixed with several foods as I will share with all of you. Well, the ingredients for making this kolang kaling banana compote recipe certainly don't require a lot of money and you can buy all the ingredients for this recipe at the nearest supermarket or market in your city. The first ingredients you have to prepare are bananas, kolang kaling, sugar, salt, brown sugar, vanilla powder, pandan leaves and instant coconut milk. after you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start the first step of making this kolang kaling banana compote.

the first step, what you have to do first is prepare 3 bananas and peel them, make sure you use good quality bananas. Next, cut the banana into several pieces like the photo above.

the second step, after you have peeled and cut the banana into several parts like the previous photo, the next thing you have to do is prepare 100 grams of brown sugar and after that finely chop the brown sugar until it's finished like the photo above.

the third step, after you have finished cutting the brown sugar to completion, the next thing you have to do is prepare a pan and put 700 ml of mineral water into the pan. After that, cook the water until it really boils.

the fourth step, after the water you cook has boiled, then put all the brown sugar that you have finely chopped into the pan, a pandan leaf, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 sachet of vanilla powder. after that, cook and stir until the brown sugar is completely dissolved over medium heat.
