Further upgrades and purchases...

Well, yet again there will be a delay with installing the new motherboard, etc. as I've pretty much decided that I need to think about how best to approach things, mainly because I'll probably have to reinstall Windows 10/Linux Mint on the m.2 SSD that I recently bought, but I'm now also waiting for the 16GB of RAM I bought to arrive, as then I can stick 32GB into the board, leaving the i3 setup with 8GB, which should be plenty for other purposes, although I'll probably think about that later on down the line.

I probably should at least get a new case for the older build, if only so I have a place to store those bits safely (as well as adding in a few other bits), plus that means that I have another PC ready to deploy! I have been considering putting in a GT 1030 into the i3 machine, especially as it seems to outperform the HD 5770 from before I upgraded to a 1050 Ti, but for now, I'd say the 5770 should be fine, as there's no urgent need to spend any more money on it for now!

I do need to start planning out and budgeting for stuff though, especially as I've now also bought a Wonderswan Crystal (albeit £27.50 cheaper with the help of Nectar Points) for use with something I'm getting in from Japan (more details later), as well as realising that it'd make a good "Rare Wares" video on its own right, seeing as it is a fairly rare console that never saw a release outside of Japan; it also seems to pretty much be the pinnacle of the Wonderswan line too, from what I've read!

Either way, 2019 will definitely see things go up a gear or two!
