PUFFIN BROWSER:
Puffin browser uses cloud servers while you are surfing the net. Puffin is not new but because of its success on Mac and Linux, their designers have now also brought out the Windows version. It is in Beta version right now but is working very well.
What Puffin Browser does, is pre-compress data so when you want to download a page, it displays it while using far less data. Another really great feature, is that it also screens the data for malware and other malicious websites that are programmed to install any unwanted data.
