A new town was discovered, Pekan Buah Melambak, while driving an orange car towards the place of the Ular Boys. Suddenly, a radio announcement by the Panau military popped out.
Panau Radio: This is radio Panau, the voice of truth. So listen to it. Today, the Panau Administration issued orders to shut down the international gambling establishment, Panau Falls casino. The Panau military was forced to intervene as dangerous foreign criminal element took their native customs to the soil of Panau and attacked police officials with machine guns and explosives. A lone gunman with ties to dangerous criminal organizations all over the world is said to have caused considerable damage before escaping with one of the foreigners due for deportation. The police have issued a warning to the public close to the Panau Falls Casino to report any suspicious activity in the area.
This is getting serious! The police are going to investigate me for this incident. What am I suppose to do?
Rico arrived at the place and took a boat manned by the Ulars to the Ular Boy's temple.
Sri Irawan: Welcome. I am Sri Irawan, chief of the Ulars. Panau is our birthright and we are prepared to die protecting it. My group of warriors is always looking for help...in our never-ending battle against the foreign devils...
Rico: That's what they tell me...

Technician: Your job is to get me to the inner plant. I will hack into their computer system and override the control codes from there. Ok, move out Ulars! And Scorpio, you make sure to keep me alive, eh.
[After killing a number of soldiers with headshots]
Technician: They cannot stop us! This place will soon belong to the Ulars soon! More guys on the catwalks. Kill them Scorpio!
Technician: They have snipers. Deal with them, Scorpio. You got them! Ulars, move out! Listen brothers, we are almost there. Keep fighting! Scorpio, take care of that mounted gun! This is the terminal. You have to keep me safe while I hack into the system. It will take a while.
Technician: Don't disturb me when I hack you barskets! I get very angry!....Not much longer now!
[After defeating the stronghold commander]
Technician: I got it! The power plant is secured!
Sri Irawan: Ah, most wonderful! You bring power to the Ulars Scorpio. I shall not forget your contributions
And with that, the Ular boys took over the government nuclear power plant for their own use. From 10mins:26 secs onwards, I was busy destroying the remaining property from the government and collecting the resources.
Sloth Demon: Listen to me Scorpio. I can help you upgrade weapons and vehicles if you are so inclined. Watch Sri Irawan. With his fancy talk and high ideals he'll get inside your head. But never forget he is a Ular boy. And Ular boys grow up learning how to kill without passion. Be very, very careful around him.
