Great and highly-motivating post!

I particularly like these thoughts ..

  • If you want a million dollars, solve a million peoples' problems.
  • .. no shortage of money, just a shortage of people with money

In these ideas we capture the spirit of decentralized organization .. a million people, solving their common problem of having too little money! :-)
