I went 16 days without the Internet, and it seemed like an eternity. You don't realize how many times you say "I'm going to look for it on the Internet", until you get close to the PC and say... ah, sure I don't have... </3
It is a useful tool, and a means of communication.
The good thing about living without the Internet is that it is possible to do so. I'll just have to try harder as my parents did when I was young and there wasn't an Internet (I play the young one, but I didn't have it in high school either haha).
I also did more useful things that time (I did things, bah). I concentrated more on what surrounds me and understood that I must seek a life beyond the net.
I don't connect so much anymore, and I hope to be able to find a balance because, like anything else, it's too bad.
