PRAGUE CONES

Here I show you my experience trying a Prague Cone. A traditional cake from Slovak cuisine that has become popular on the streets of Prague in the Czech Republic.

Its recipe is originally from the region located between Romania and Hungary where it is known as Kürtőskalács or Chimney Cake for its cylindrical shape, which is achieved by rolling the sweet dough in a “Trdlo” (special wooden cylinder). of the region) and roasting it while it rotates on itself very slowly.

Ice cream of the flavor you prefer is placed on top.
