I don't think it matters if Russian interference was first reported in 2007 @aggroed.
If the same people involved in Russian interference in 2007 continued to do what they were doing and got involved in the Trump campaign later on, it would still implicate President Trump.
The bigger scandal is how President Trump failed to divest himself from his bussinesses once he became President, and that he is getting away with not divesting to this day.
