Wes Bellamy is the vice mayor of Charlottesville, Virginia, where the Unite The Right rally took place August 12, 2017. There are all kinds of discrepancies hinting at it being a staged event. If this is far-fetched news to you, so my other posts.
In this video, I show you the tweets Bellamy made a few years ago. He's obviously very racist, and basically a monster. Here are a few of his tweets:

Is it just a coincidence that this racial event took a downturn in his city? Or was he the one that enabled it on a local level, by at least ordering the police to stand down?
