Predictive Programming is the theory that fictional media is used as a medium to predict or foreshadow events in the future as a subtle form of psychological conditioning.
In occult terms it is a form of lesser magic. An action which if presented without retaliation paves the way energetically for the actual event or spell to take place in the future.
