For two years I suffer from chronic fatigue and flair ups of explainable pain which make my life miserable.
Today I got this email about the benefits of Turmeric. The format of the website is a bit questionable, obviously the guy wants to sell his stuff, but I cannot help bit thinking that there might be something to it.
Does anyone have positive experiences with Turmeric?
Would be great to be able to connect with a few folks who suffer under the same condition...

Curcumin and Tumeric are EPIC but its a spice and with it the intake of cod liver oil or omega 3's enhance and balance. An anti inflammatory combo... I was misdiagnosed with lupus once. It was my food. I will spare you the story and say that works, I did it. Watch how you feel after you eat certain things. You never know.

we should all be taking turmeric. it is an anti-inflammatory. it has helped my dog shrink his tumors. also really helps cancer patients particularly if they are on chemo

I got diagnosed with CFS and fibromyalgia a few years ago. It's a horrible condition to live with. I was on some heavy meds: Codeine, Gabapentin, Tramadol.
I've heard great things about Tumeric – buy it for less than £1 in most supermarkets.
But... the thing that resolved most of my symptoms (I don't take any meds at all now) was going on the ketogenic diet. Within a few weeks, there was a drastic change in my symptoms.
