Federal Judge Navarro sent jurors home until 12/20/2017; due to disclosure of at least 14 pieces of evidence that Federal Prosecutors failed to submit to the Court, in timely manner. Also known as "withholding evidence", BLM and FBI agents withheld evidence from Federal Prosecutors in this case.
Consequently, Federal Judge Navarro is taking time to review this late evidence, and has stated that the potential exists for a mistrial in the cases for each remaining Defendants, including Cliven Bundy.
The same legal and procedural failures existed for the other Bundy Defendants, who have already been sentenced to prison, or were forced to accept plea agreements. Therefore, all the other Defendants who were sentenced in this case should petition the Federal Court to re-open their cases, and overturn their convictions.
Likewise, in the Malheur Wildlife Refuge stand-off cases, the US Fish and Wildlife Service officials and FBI agents have withheld from Federal Prosecutors and the Federal Court some evidence; as well as land sale/transfer, homestead, and deed documents and contracts recorded in Harney County.
