It's quite likely that many were not around at the time the Boy's Town event began without success of being properly prosecuted. This occurred in the '80s. No one who deserved to be found guilty and removed from the reach of children was admonished. Instead, victims took lifelong blows to their lives. YouTuber, "Reality Calls" has this video memorial to victims everywhere. STAND UP, SPEAK OUT & HEAL... End the cycle no matter what. Our leaders should never be excused for crimes against humanity, especially crimes perpetrated on the most vulnerable!
