It was supposed to rain all day on Thursday. But then they said not until 11AM, so he got out there and finished the last section. My intern was here and she helped him.
My helper friend was here also and they all decided Thursday afternoon, as there was to be no rain, would be a good time to put up this last wall. So it was set for 3:30PM.
In the time from when they finished until 3:30 he decided to put up the banding (lower edge above foundation) on these 2 walls.
He just kept going and put the sheathing on this wall. When he quit at 2PM, the wind had come up and he was exhausted. So he called off the wall raising. Maybe on Saturday or Sunday.
We went to New Hampshire in the afternoon to a store that was supposed to carry the Old Masters paints. It didn’t have what we needed and could not get the ones I wanted for the doors. He suggested we buy online, as he doubts we will find the ones we want locally.
