Report of technical difficulties for upvoting contest.

So, We have had some technical difficulties as our equipment broke so now we cant take the video.

None the less, I will do my best to randomly pick a winner for 10 SBD within the next couple ours.

If there is any machine way to do this, I will do it that way so as to not interfere with human bias.
