From "The Virtual Kitchen" participated in the cooking contest with my favorite dish:
• 3 small tomatoes or 2 regular tomatoes
• 1 grated onion
• ½ shredded paprika
• 1 chopped chives stem
• 1 garlic stem porro
• 1 egg
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and English sauce
• Cilantro, salt, oregano, thyme, tarragon, marinade and cumin to taste
Cut the eggplant into slices, then into a bowl of water and salt the slices of eggplant for 20 minutes to remove the bitter taste they bring initially, do not remove the shell as the nutrients are there.
Then you put a necklace on the wheels and squeeze them with your hands so that they take out all the water with salt, cut the slices on the feet and the others while we start making the sauce.
Prepare the sauce with the tomato, garlic, paprika and onion. Chives, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, soy sauce and English sauce. Cook until the sauce is done, add the beer cut into strips and before removing the fire we place the egg and mix.
We wash the yucca with soap and water, remove the shell and verify that it is white, if you see it yellow, discard it since it is bitter and dangerous.
We boil a pot of water and place the cassava, with a fork that allows them to remain soft, if so remove it from the heat and strain to remove the boiled water.
