Hey, could you please share with me how did you find out the correct answer. And how does this data table works?

The contests are all based on queries from the Steem blockchain.
The solution lies in looking at the numbers, deciding what they represent, and then working out which user's actions has generated them.
This table of figures is clearly downvotes / flags [they are negative, upvotes & downvotes are recorded on a scale from -10000 (-100% downvote) to 10000 (100% full upvote)].
So the answer to this round lies in working out who flagged the users in table.

so how do we "search" for these usernames exactly?
