So the celebrations are over and Newcastle got back to their normal routine of getting beaten but not without a little excitement for the fans when Callum Wilson scored and gave them the lead after 2 minutes!

Tottenham soon fired back with a quick double and despite an own goal near the end, it was still a very comfortable win for Spurs by 2-3 that did nothing to calm the restive brows of Newcastle fans who can look forward to Championship action next season!

Anyway, enough about the Toon. We have another London derby this evening.

Arsenal are without Xhaka due to a long-term injury and Mikel Arteta will still be under pressure after the Arsenal 'rebirth' failed to gather much momentum after the celebrated win over Spurs a couple of weeks ago.

With a host of players away on international duty last week, they will be hoping for no more injury worries to ass to their woe for this game that sees old Gooner favourite, Patrick Vieira, make a return to the Arsenal, but this time, as manager of their opponents tonight, Crystal Palace.

Palace themselves have no injury worries and seem to be solidifying their defence and adding some steel to the midfield which you'd expect under the leadership of a man with Vieira's pedigree.

Despite the improvements, this ought to be cut and dried win for Arsenal as their individual player quality across each position on the park and the home advantage should tell but if they don't play as a team, Palace could easily nick something from this.
