I was on here over two years ago, but lost my login info until just recently. Could someone please explain all these "extra" tags?

Also, how come I can only use 8 tags, but you can use 10? I'm assuming that's a leveling up thing.

Btw, I'm glad to see you're still doing these contests. Speaking of that, here's my submission.
