Actions speak louder than words...
I love Steem ... and especially the price of steem and SBD at the moment (and I hope it is somewhat stable or even rising more). I am in the lucky position that I joined quite early. I am so grateful for all the support I am getting, that I am willing to do a lot to make this platform better and so I am everyday trying to do my part.
Since my beginning here I talked to lots of people about how it will be key to make this revolution happen to have businesses joining in, that accept steem.
There have been some tries to do so, but it was (to my knowing) never incentivised. I will start this movement now! Personally I brougt in @lamaisonjeandel who isn't active, but still accepting Steem and @opmonis (my old boss) who is not active as well but is still accepting Steem. There is a bunch more, but still...

For anyone who brings in a business owner who
- registers an account
- makes an introduceyourself post with a link to his business URL
- announces that he is accepting Steem/SBD for his goods or service
- Includes your name as his agent in this post (don't try to cheat, I will vet every entry)
Limitations:
As I can only vet businesses that speak English, French or German, this contest is limited to businesses that speak these languages. And it only has to be a legit and official business.
This is easy... YOU can help them doing it. I don't care which service or which goods. It can be a designer, can be your favourite cofee-bar or a night-club, it can be your golf teacher, your butcher or your hairdresser (YES @ned , I am talking to you here).
Post the link to the introduceyourself as a comment to this post and I will send you 5,5 SBD if it meets my requirements (which is worth 45 $ right now) additionally I will upvote this introduceyourself post with 100% of my vote which is worth about 5$ right now.

Hi @pollux.one I think your right and I have been sharing the same message about the need for an internal crypto economy over the last two weeks.
My guess is that most people are still spending their money on goods produced with fiat capital.

Mal schauen, vielleicht finden ja ein paar businesses hier her... Kenne leider keine wirklichen Geschäftsinhaber :/ Wenn ich mein eigenes "business" (erstmal als Hobby) Mitte/Ende dieses Jahr aufmache, werde ich aufjedenfall crypto als Währung annehmen! The word "try" is key here, cause after reading some of the comments below your great post, it kind of made me wonder if people would even read beyond the "givaway" part.

Hello. I have a restaurant in Turkey and i can take steem or sbd instead of money. Does that count ? I cant bring any manager to you or something like that but i can show u guys my restaurant via dtube and prove that. And we dont have a website too we have instagram and facebook.:D

If you have a business, you need to set up an account, which is free and DECIDE to accept steem. The transaction is free and instant.
E.g. you own a coffee bar. I go there and say, that I'd like to pay via STEEM or SBD. I put out my mobile and send the money to your account and show you the transaction. It's instant and free.
The only thing you have to figure out is IF and how to get the money out of the system and how to handle it concerning taxes. Both a minor thing to do...
