This is my favorite food and my mother cooked it every morning. I love to eat it and it is in many vegetables it is very nutritious

Each December is an opportunity to share as a family. We make a traditional dish that is only prepared that month and we consume it mainly for dinner on the 24th and 31st.

It's a bun stuffed with meat, chicken and bacon; seasoned with vegetables and legumes. We also make a bread stuffed with ham, raisins and olives. We accompany it with an egg, milk and alcohol punch.

This is my favorite dish, especially because it reminds me of family moments, Christmas music and all that atmosphere of joy that breathes throughout the city.

This is called Apku and Ewedu. Very yummy.

Kibbe is an Arab food. A whole world of flavors, textures and delights. It is also generous and generous, made to share with family and friends. That's why I identify with it although I'm from Venezuela, because I am friendly and I like family life

Ingredients :

  • 250 egg noodles
  • 200 gr of beef
  • 100 gr shrimp peeled, cut into small pieces
  • 1 bunch of green mustard greens, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 cloves of shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced and oil to taste

Esta es mi comida favorita, nuestra usual cena para el 24 de Diciembre; con una rica ensalada de pollo, papas, zanahoria y guisantes, pollo y cochino al horno, unos bollitos de harina de maiz aliñados, el pan de jamon, frutas y como postre una torta de piña y un quesillo...Para mi Comida de Dioses!!

Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce


Ingredients:

250grs of spaghetti spaghetti with bolognese sauce.
250grs Spaghetti
50grs Bolognese sauce.
250grs Meat.
50grs Lettuce.
3 Sliced tomatoes
2 Sliced onions.
3 Garlic cloves.
salt and pepper to taste.

This. Special meal is called eba mostly prepared by Yoruba tribe in Nigeria

Hoy elabore pasta con pollo. Guise el pollo con pasta de tomate, cebolla, pimentos, aji , ajo y curry. Hice la pasta en una olla aparte, cuando estuvo listo el pollo y la pasta revolvi todo y le eche un poco de mantequilla y queso.

Ingredientes
500 gr. de harina.
250 gr. de mantequilla.
1 huevo.
1/2 cucharada de sal.
agua.
Queso duro blanco (preferiblemente llanero no muy salado) cortado en palitos de unos 7x2 cm.
Abundante aceite.

I really like bolillo rolls. They are really excellent and fairly inexpensive. It represents me because the simple things are sometimes the best things in my life.

I'm not exactly a foodie, so a light meal does it for me most times. Here's a pic of my breakfast this morning

I share with you these yucca arepas. Years ago here in Venezuela we made cornflour arepas , that was never missing at breakfast. Now that flour is too expensive but we manage it so that the arepas are not missing, even with other ingredients. I made them with parboiled yucca and accompanied them with grated cheese. It's a meal of "resilience" and I'm "resilient" that's why it represents me.

Ingredients:Yucca, water,salt, cheese.

In Maracaibo (Venezuela) they use a lot of this food called "Patacón". Ingredients: green plantain, beef, tomato, zucchini, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, hot sauce. I say that it represents me because it is a mixture of different flavors and I am a mixture of tastes for different things: art, music, painting, cooking, cinema, weaving.

Mi entrada al concurso @shubaca, trata de una arepa con pulled de cerdo en su salsa, coleslaw y salsa tártara;todo hecho en casa.
Este tipo de comidas a pesar que dura muchas horas en preparación me encanta y es una de mis favoritas porque tiene el calor del hogar, es oportuna para reunir a la familia un fin de semana mientras vemos el fútbol.
¡ Esta arepa tiene sabor de familia!

My entry to the @shubaca contest, it's about a arepa with pork pulled in sauce, coleslaw and tartar sauce; all done at home.
This type of meals that last many hours in the preparation I love and is one of my favorites because it has the warmth of home, it is a sport to reunite the family until the weekend while watching football.
This arepa has family flavor!

My favorite food is undoubtedly the soup, it can be anything, hahaha for me will always be my first choice, here I present the bean soup with rib, I must tell you that I learned to do with my grandmother and although it is no longer with us he always showed me his gastronomic secrets, to make this rich soup use:
1/2 kilo of beef ribs
1/2 kilo of bay beans
1 onion
5 sweet ajis
Garlic
1 cup cilantro
1 cup of cebollin
2 quarters of oregano
1 kilo of vegetables
1 banana
