The result is
[13 2 7 16].*[4 9 5 12]-[6 4 24 6] ./[3 2 3 1]-[3 9 6 5]=[47 7 21 181]

It's the only possible solution. I checked that by writing a program in Matlab.

    Correct! For the people who don't udnerstand the above, this is the answer: 16*12-6/1-5 = 181
